5. Limitation of Liability: ParosPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ParosPlus and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ParosPlus. The failure of ParosPlus to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

All bookings and transactions are conducted directly through third-party contacts and websites, as provided by the users of ParosPLUS. ParosPLUS does not facilitate, manage, or administer any bookings, nor does it participate in any part of the actual transaction or interaction between hosts, property owners, businesses, and their clients or customers.
As such, ParosPLUS holds no responsibility or liability for the experiences, interactions, or any agreements made between parties. Users of ParosPLUS are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and are encouraged to engage in informed decision-making when entering into transactions or interactions as a result of listings on our platform.
ParosPLUS disclaims all liability with respect to any misrepresentation, fraud, or dissatisfaction arising from interactions or transactions resulting from listings on our site. It is the sole responsibility of the users to ensure the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their listings and their business practices.
